Memberships are available for the Kosciusko County Historical Society. Following are the different types of memberships:

Please print out this form and send to the address listed on the application with a check made out to the Kosciusko County Historical Society. Membership is annually unless you choose the life membership. Membership will include an annual subscription to the Thaddeus which is our quarterly magazine.
